- Involved in Business Development/ Pre-sales through software bidding process.
- Responsible for client building in regions like United States, UK, Canada, Australia.
- Responsible for prospecting, requirement gathering, lead generation and proposing solutions.
- Good knowledge in getting projects from GURU,Elance and ODesk
- To identify and create business opportunities in industry verticals and thereby promote sales and marketing
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.(Experience in International calling )
- Follow up on customer enquiry and leads generated
- Responsible for ensuring exceptional Customer Service and Account Maintenance.
- Attend to customer complaints immediately and try resolving them on priority basis with development team
- Ensure new business development opportunities are explored with existing clients.
- Acquire complete/in-depth product knowledge of all products and services.
- Ensure timely maintenance of reports and feedback on status arising out of received leads
